Number One Recipe: The Bacon Explosion

What You Need:
1 pkg. (1 pound) of bacon
1 pkg. of ground sausage
1 pkg. (around 8 oz.) of your favorite shredded cheese

Step 1: Weave your pound of bacon
Step 2: Take your sausage and roll it out until it is about 1/2 an inch thick
Step 3: Spread your cheese on your 1/2 inch thick sausage
Step 4: Roll your sausage with the cheese still in the middle
Step 5: Take your sausage and place it on the bacon weave
Step 6: Roll your sausage in the bacon weave
Step 7: Place your raw bacon explosion in the smoker or oven
Step 8: Smoke the bacon explosion until the internal temperature is 180 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 9: Let it cool for 10-15 minutes, then it is ready to eat

Number Two Recipe: Chocolate Dipped Bacon

1 pkg. of bacon
1 pkg. of chocolate almond bark

Step 1: Melt the almond bark
Step 2: Fry The Bacon
Step 3: Dip the bacon in the almond bark
